Solid white: Orbi mode is enabled, and your Orbi Voice is ready to sync with your Orbi router.

  1. Open the Netgear Orbi software. The dashboard is now visible.

  2. The home icon should be tapped.

  3. Add a satellite by using the Add Satellite button. To sync your Orbi Voice with your Orbi router and enable Amazon Alexa, follow the instructions.

The LED ring on your Orbi Voice will be one of the following colors when it is synced with your Orbi router:

White: Your Orbi Voice is attempting to connect to your Orbi router in white.

Blue, yellow, or magenta: These colors indicate whether your Orbi Voice and your Orbi router are connected:

Blue: Indicates a strong relationship.

Amber: We have an open and honest connection. Consider relocating your Orbi Voice to a more convenient location near your Orbi router. The LED will glow amber for three minutes before turning off.

Magenta: There was a problem with the connection. Your Orbi Voice and Orbi router aren't working together. The LED becomes purple and remains illuminated. Try again by moving your Orbi Voice closer to your Orbi router.

Off (no color): Your Orbi Voice is linked to your Orbi router.
